Facilities for the disabled

An Induction Loop System is fitted to aid the hard of hearing and the theatre has full disabled facilities for access and toilets. There is a ramp from the carpark into the theatre.
The auditorium seats 153 people including wheelchair spaces. It has a gentle slope with a pitch of 1:11 giving clear views from all areas. Rows are also staggered. There is one block of seats with two gangways, and the rear row is only 33 feet from the front of the stage.
The Conquest Theatre is situated adjacent to the town's main car park which offers free parking after 6pm. There are also coach spaces available.
Bars and refreshments
The Conquest Theatre has an open plan foyer with coffee and licensed bars. With every performance light refreshments can be purchased along with sweets, chocolate, crisps and ice creams.
The foyer of the Conquest Theatre is the most beautiful and relaxing place to enjoy the skills of others in exhibition. Over the years it has seen works by Artists, Sculptors, Flower Arrangers, and many others. It is also available for use as a showcase for retailers. In all cases the items on display can be purchased through the box office. The displays are available for anyone to see whenever the theatre is open
